Sound Engineering & Editing Internship

Gigantic Studios is currently accepting applications for their Sound Engineering & Editing Internship program. Interns will gain training and mentorship through a hands-on approach, structured to provide valuable familiarity with workflows and processes of post-production sound.

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:

1. Availability to commit to 2 or 3 business days on location in the studio
2. Strong interest in post-production, specifically sound editing and mixing 
3. Experience with or understanding of basic level Avid Pro Tools
4. Attention to detail
5. Ability to communicate effectively
6. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to proactively identify / mitigate challenges
7. Ability to follow direction and take constructive criticism

A Sound Engineering & Editing Internship with Gigantic Studios will focus on, but is not limited to, shadowing and assisting with Sound Effects Editing and Sound Design, Dialogue Editing, Foley Editing and Live Recording, and other aspects of post production workflow.​
