Talent, Event, & LIVE Security (TELSec) Intern (Summer 2026)

Netflix

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

It's no secret that we want to entertain the world. In order to do that we first must hire and develop the best people, starting with university students.

If you have a passion for solving challenging problems and are excited at the prospect of having a significant impact on productions that over 260 million viewers tune into, then we want to talk to you.

The Content Operations & Innovation organization at Netflix supports content to thrill members with efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more value on screen. Within this organization, we are looking to host an intern on the Talent, Event & LIVE Security (TELSec) team during Summer 2026.

The TELSec team delivers proactive, customized security services that support Netflix Original Productions, public-facing events, and talent-driven experiences worldwide. From global premieres to live productions, TELSec safeguards people, protects content, and ensures seamless execution that aligns with Netflix's culture, brand, and operational priorities.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the world of entertainment security, working alongside experienced professionals who protect high-profile events, productions, and talent experiences. You'll support real-world security operations while learning how to balance risk mitigation with creativity and seamless execution. This internship is ideal for students interested in security management, event operations, risk assessment, or entertainment industry logistics who want to understand how security enables unforgettable experiences rather than limiting them.

You do not need prior experience to apply; once you submit your application, you'll receive an email inviting you to complete your application by filling out an Airtable form. You'll also be asked to submit a 300-word-maximum statement of intent (preferably in PDF format) within the form using the following prompt:

Write a statement about why you're interested in Talent, Event & LIVE Security. What draws you to the intersection of security and entertainment? Describe a time when you had to assess risk or solve a problem under pressure. What do you hope to learn from this internship, and how does it align with your career goals?

This posting will be open for a very limited time and will be closed for new applications by February 6 so if you're interested, please submit your application as soon as possible.
