Essential Responsibilities:

Make off-lot and on-lot runs to pick up various items for the show

Collaborate with Production Coordinator on daily tasks and runs

Manage the shipping/ receiving/ distribution of mail, FedEx packages, equipment, and props

Maintain the upkeep and stock of the kitchen, copy room, printers, offices and green rooms throughout the building

Move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Assist with parking for staff and show guests

Other various duties as assigned

This role will require use of personal vehicle


Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of television production experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

• Must be willing to work in Universal City, California

• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
