Motion Graphics Production Coordinator

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team to assist our team with daily production and studio tasks. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things, be self motivated, organized, and detail oriented. They will have a resourceful approach to tasks and the ability to multitask in a fast paced team environment with excellent follow through. 

Tasks may include:

• helping schedule resources, including outreach to external collaborators

• taking call notes

• assisting with developing project schedules

• assisting with project postings

• coordinating staff events and studio projects

• managing client contact lists and periodic mailings

• maintaining freelancer outreach lists

• other general support as directed

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience supporting a production/administrative team (studio, agency, and or motion graphics experience a plus)

• A passion about making things happen, efficiently

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask

• Ability to work remotely during studio hours (10a-7p EST), with occasional weekend and evening hours 

• Strong command of Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.) or similar software. Familiarity with Adobe Suite a plus but not required
