Candidates must have knowledge of avid and be able to watch down footage and archival to create string outs. Research skills are also needed, both with traditional data bases, as well as scouring online sources, social media, etc. Most importantly candidates must have a great attitude, willingness to work hard, be proactive, and have the ability to work both independently and with the entire production team. Newsroom experiences or premium documentary experiences a big plus.
