Seeking creatives with a strong editorial point of view, sharp storytelling instincts, and a sense of humor for freelance collaborations with a creative studio and a potential full-time role with a confidential client.

You find the unexpected angle, ask good questions, and turn everyday subjects into stories people want to watch. You have a feel for real people, culture, and the details that make something interesting.

The work spans concept development, recurring formats, interviews, scripts, and short-form video. You’ll help shape the creative direction—from the hook and narrative to the visual approach, tone, and edit—with the energy and pacing social demands.

We’re interested in people who can develop ideas and help bring them to life. You don’t need to write, direct, shoot, and edit equally well; tell us where you’re strongest. Resourcefulness and comfort working with small crews matter.

Full-time: NYC-based.
