Operations Associate (Digital/CTV) (remote)

Origin is looking for an Operations Associate to support the company founders in all aspects of their day-to-day operations and responsibilities. They will also work across the company’s sales and marketing departments by assisting them with industry research, reporting, preparation of marketing and sales materials, administrative functions (scheduling, ordering requirement, etc), and any other tasks that contribute to Origin’s goals and growth. We are looking for someone who understands the value of a company being a well-oiled machine and who actively enjoys making sure everyone always has what they need to stay on task and on mission. 

Responsibilities 

Oversee administrative tasks (including, but not limited to helping coordinate calls, video meetings, travel, new hire onboarding, etc).

Work with Sales to assist in the production, maintenance, and delivery of sales materials and RFPs from advertisers (including running forecasting on data segments, calculating media pricing, compiling PowerPoint slides, and other relevant materials).

Manage contracts with in-house legal counsel. 

Organize and manage all company contracts and documents within the centralized Google Drive repository. 

Enter advertising orders and monitor ongoing performance. 

Other tasks and special projects as assigned. 

Candidate Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales or operations.

Attention to detail, proactive, and organized.

Familiarity with the Google Suite of products

Superior time management skills. 

Always looking for opportunities to improve upon how things are done. 

Embraces mistakes and misses as learning opportunities.

Considerations Before Applying

This role will be paid as a W2-employee in Connecticut, Nevada, or Oregon and as a 1099-contractor in all other states.
