Although this person will float where needed, we are looking for someone who has a genuine passion and long-term interest for the literary or talent management side of our business. This position will be located in our New York office.

In this role you will:

• Provide administrative support and coverage to different departments as needed
• Cover desks for assistants when they are out of the office 
• Set up conference rooms for meetings
• Sort incoming mail and send outgoing mail
• Provide project analysis
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects requested

Qualifications:

• Agency or management experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
