ABOUT THE COMPANY

Imagine Documentaries was founded by Ron Howard and Brian Glazer of Imagine

Entertainment to produce and develop premium feature documentaries and non-scripted

television.

ABOUT THE POSITION

- Regular communication, collaboration, and coordination with Imagine's Head of Post

Production and Post team on all tasks and ongoing work

- Engage in regular meetings and calls with Post Team and its members

- Establish, manage and maintain drives and machines for each project throughout the duration

of post

- Maintain offsite drive storage unit both physically and digitally on our drive tracker

- Facilitate drive traffic for shoots and transfers, via Fedex, courier, ride shares, and public

transit

- Work in conjunction with our partnering IT team to maintain internet and Nexis ports at the

office

- Work closely with the Imagine Post team to manage and organize media, maintain workflow

protocols and organizational conventions for projects in development

- Assist with tracking all original and 3rd-party media assets received and updating

corresponding logs for projects in development

- Provide offline support for the production and finishing teams throughout the picture conform,

color grade, sound design/editorial, and mix processes

- Help author and create graphical knowledge base documents for newly established workflows

and protocols

- Log receipts for department expenses for post budget

- Provide general logistical support for Imagine post operations and Head of Post

Ideal candidate has an interest in learning more about the documentary editorial and finishing

process. Candidate must live local to NYC and be willing to work in a Covid-safe office

environment. Vaccination is required for employment.
