The Basics of Financial Planning

2023 was quite the trying year for those of us who work in film and television. Having two different work stoppages wreaked havoc on the industry and the workers the industry employs. Many people felt the strain especially hard on their wallets and bank accounts.

Join us on January 29th at 5pm EST as Gail Linn, CFP® and William Fischer, CFP® present The Basics of Financial Planning. This presentation will be a refresher on all of the basics that you need to know with respect to your personal financial planning. They will talk about rebuilding a strong financial foundation, how to restart your long term savings and investing, and how best to refocus your retirement planning. On top of that, they will also answer any questions that attendees have throughout the presentation.

Gail and Bill have been NYWIFT members, and providers of financial education to NYWIFT members, for 10 years. Their presentations are always concise, conversational and easy to understand. You will never feel intimidated by the subject matter and will walk away empowered through knowledge.

This event is FREE and open exclusively to NYWIFT members. Advance registration required.
