Producer Boot Camp for Digital

With the internet described as the Wild Wild West, this hands-on boot camp will teach you to break free from traditional producing techniques as you enter the ever-changing world of web content production.

Utilizing tools and templates specifically designed to range from small productions to large, learn how to produce a short script for the internet from start to finish, work with low budgets, fast turnarounds, demanding clients, as well as assemble and manage the most efficient team of filmmakers to produce the highest quality digital content for any web content production. The backbone of this course focuses on communicating and engaging your creative teams as a leader and producer.

Presenter
Julie Gomez is a freelance producer in New York City. She ran production with The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and its production company Don’t Think Productions for the past 6 years including corporate workshops, live events, and the touring company. Her content has focused on original web series, branded content, and a feature-length documentary. She has taught corporate production classes for Viacom and been a speaker at AdWeek and New York Women in Film & Television Panel. Gomez is a producer of Thank you Del: The Story of the Del Close Marathon that premiered at SXSW 2016.
