Women Make Movies has a fully-equipped conference/screening room for rent, located on 29th Street & 6th Avenue in the heart of Manhattan. It includes wireless high-speed internet, a 60” TV, PC/Mac/iPad hookups, conference phone, and a DVD player. The room is available 7 days a week, from 6:30 to 10 PM on weeknights and from 8 AM to 10 PM on weekends, and seats between 25-30 people. It has great natural light but also black-out shades for day-time screenings, and has access to a kitchen as well as its own private entrance. WMM encourages local filmmakers and media professionals to use their beautiful space for workshops and film screenings.
NYWIFT members receive a discounted rate of $30/hour or a full 8-hour day for $200. If you’re interested in booking the room, please contact admin@wmm.com for more details.
