Jennifer Quaglio, founder of Calypso Productions, a women-led indie film company based in New York and team behind Sweet Deception — a horror-comedy feature releasing in 2026, invites you to an immersive Halloween pop-up experience. On Saturday, October 25 at 7–11 PM, One Killer Night transforms their film’s world into a real-life, interactive experience — complete with neon visuals, themed cocktails, and cinematic photo installations that invite guests to step inside the mind of the Sweetheart Killer. It’s part party, part art installation, and part social commentary — celebrating women in independent filmmaking while exploring the ongoing reality of violence against women and how social media culture has desensitized audiences to violence and sensationalized tragedy itself.
