Originally from Hayward, Wisconsin, Elaine Menigo holds a Master of Fine Arts in Film, with a focus on directing. Prior to graduate school, Elaine worked for US Senator Tammy Baldwin for four years. She is a University of Wisconsin - Madison alum, where she doubled majored in journalism and communication arts. She’s been crewing on films since 2015. Along with engrossing herself in television and film, she can often be found reading political news and FaceTiming her nephew.
