Cady McClain is a two-time Emmy winning actress and two time Emmy nominated director. Directing credits include the documentary Seeing is Believing: Women Direct (Winner Audience Award, SOHO International Film Festival, Jury Award Best Short Doc, Newport Beach Film Festival); the filmed play Paint Made Flesh (sponsored by Sotheby_x0019_s); Butterflies (Winner Best Short Film/Best Actress in a Short Film, Philadelphia Film Festival; Best Screenplay Kew Gardens FF);†Venice†the Series (2017 & 2018 Daytime Drama Web Series Emmy nominations); the web series Split starring Olympia Dukakis, released in August 2018; and The Missing Piece and The Last Day for Kids in the Spotlight, a foster youth program. McClain was honored to receive the 2017 International Matrix Award from the Association of Women in Communications. She volunteers her extra time as the Festival Outreach Chairperson for the Alliance of Women Directors (AWD.)
