Erin Tomkins is a composer and pianist from Lawrence, Kansas. Erin has composed original scores for documentaries, short films, and animated film. Her concert works have been performed in New York and London, including premieres by the JACK Quartet and the Compo String Quartet. Through mentorships with BMI, ASCAP, and the Society of Composers and Lyricists, she has worked with Mark Suozzo, Rick Baitz, Sean Callery, and Chris Hajian.



Recent projects include Where_x0019_s the Fire (2018), a short film drama by New York and Paris-based filmmaker Yonca Talu, and The Conductor (2017), a theatre and robotics production at Goldsmiths, University of London exploring the humanity of artificial intelligence by Cormac Joyce. She has also composed music and designed sound for The Pillowman (2010), Bedside (2011), 4.48 Psychosis (2011), and A Midsummer Night_x0019_s Dream (2010).
