Sharman Nittoli BIO



Sharman Nittoli is a versatile musician whose career spans several decades. She is the co-owner of Alphina Music Studios where she composes, arranges, records and performs vocals, keyboards, guitar and mandolin in a variety of musical styles. Sharman served as Musical Director while touring with the Duprees, a well-known nostalgia vocal group, throughout the country in venues including Madison Square Garden, Radio City, Carnegie Hall, Hollywood Bowl, LA. & Atlantic City. She produced and arranged their CD, A Duprees Christmas and also performs in many jazz clubs in the tri-state area. with her quintet. Sharman co-wrote the lyrics for Here s to the Band , recorded by Frank Sinatra, Liza Minelli and Sammy Davis Jr. which she considers a highlight of her career. Her CD recordings include Unconditionally and Double Standards .

Synopsis:
Based on true events and experiences, six veteran friends musicians meet in a New Jersey restaurant once a year and reflect on their 60 years in the music business. Lots of music, comedy and powerful women. Through flashbacks, we journey through their lives as they pursue their musical passions and dreams, adjusting to the highs and lows, still continuing to perform, remain friends and look towards the future.
