Fiona Hillery is a film and entertainment marketer with a passion for elevating storytellers through engaging cross channel campaigns. With a breadth of film marketing experience that began at the network level and evolved into supporting independent features and shorts, Fiona's strategic end-to-end campaign management approach is facilitated by a deep knowledge of the film cycle from development to experiential festival launches. In her current role, Fiona has demonstrated achievement in overseeing the growth of Refinery29's award-winning female-helmed short film series, Shatterbox, which has garnered over 10 million views to date, 10+ festival awards, and 2 billion press impressions. In addition to overseeing originals marketing, Fiona forged a strategic marketing and distribution partnership with NEON films, expanding Refinery29's portfolio and generating additional revenue, while applying valuable female centric insights to enhance gender parity within the industry.
