Deborah Goodwin is an American Film Institute screenwriting alum and a FIND Film Independent_x0019_s screenwriter_x0019_s and producer_x0019_s labs fellow with her Urbanworld Film Festival, Grand Jury Prize winner for Best Screenplay, Cherry_x0019_s.

Deborah_x0019_s scripts have sold to the beloved animated series, Tales From The Cryptkeeper and been optioned by producer_x0019_s like Andrea Miller (Dark Matter) and Harry Knapp (Rescue Dawn). Deborah co-produced, wrote and directed Vampires in Venice, which had it_x0019_s sales debut at Cannes Market, with Bleiberg Entertainment/Compound B. Her second feature, as a writer-director, The Pastor, an inspirational action-drama with a largely Latino cast led by Victoria Cartagena, (Manifest) Franky G (Power) and Ismael Cruz Cordova (Billy_x0019_s Long Halftime Walk, Ray Donovan) released nationwide, with WolfGang Cinema and Fathom Events and in South and Central America with Premiere Entertainment Group.
