As Senior Project Manager, I oversee all active video and graphics production projects by assigning internal teams, ensuring efficient task management and keeping track of deadlines. In addition, I manage the workflow of our internal edit and graphics teams as well as out-of-house freelancers, and maintain a project status overview to better project company resource needs. I also serve as lead project manager on key long-term accounts, serving as liaison between account and production team.
