Stef Gordon launched Monkey Cymbals in 2018, following her decade long tenure running Ark Media, the award-winning Brooklyn based production company. Stef has a proven record of workflow creation designed to ease production, delivery, and adherence to budget, while fostering a creative, flexible, diverse, and fair organization. Stef is a mentor and leader who has developed a reputation for solving problems and, just as importantly, being a strong partner and advocate.
