Full Bio
Vanessa Maruskin (Producer, archival/story producer & researcher) has worked in the commercial and documentary film fields for over ten years. Her love for producing and developing content and seeking out intriguing stories, interviewees and archival treasures began with oral history projects and quickly evolved to working on independent films and feature documentaries and events. Her work includes consulting on films for PBS, HBO & Showtime, archival producing for the VICE on HBO series and on several HBO feature documentaries, and producing Burn Motherfucker, Burn! for Showtime. Most recently she produced, and also led the archival team on the four-part documentary Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics and Men which premiered on Showtime and is co-producing a feature documentary currently in production.
