Responsible for securing corporate sponsors for this 4-day festival. Contact and solicit appropriate companies and follow through.

Coordinate travel and hotel for filmmakers and guests at the festival, which takes place in early December in Sag Harbor.

Act as the main conduit for filmmakers, ensuring that they send the required DVDs, receive our package of information and credentials. Coordinate their arrival and problem-solve on the spot during run of festival.




THE HAMPTONS INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
2004-2005
Director of Hospitality & Travel:
As a point-of-contact for more than 150 filmmakers, coordinated ticket orders, party invitations, housing and special requests. Made travel arrangements, including plane reservations, conveyance from airports and local transportation. Securred hotel rooms for all festival guests, including VIP's sponsors, jurors, panelists, and filmmakers. Worked with studio publicists to facilitate interaction of high-profile guests. Secured modems, telephone lines and rentals for Hospitality Suite and hired and supervised Hospitality staff. Total responsibility for Department budget.

2002-2003
GUILD HALL THEATRE MANAGER
Supervised receipt & dispatch of films, balloting procedures, attendance records. Directed volunteers, managed Q & A sessions, worked with Special Events and Technical Director. Responsible for all cash from daily ticket sales.

1994-2001
Worked on various capacities as Department Assistant in Programming, Public Relations and Catalogue and as Assistant Volunteer Coordinator.

THE TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL
2005
Travel & Hotel Coordinator
Coordinated air travel and hotel arrangements for filmmakers and panelists, corresponding with assistants, hotel managers, filmmakers and festival representatives. Acted as liaison to Panels Department regarding special requirements for VIP guests. Consulted with Filmmaker Coordinators to determine filmmaker needs. Maintained financial records for expenses put on the TFF credit card. Worked with other members of the Travel Team to arrange car service for airport pickups and to events throughout festival.
