Dear NYWIFT Members, 

Starting December 22, NYWIFT will switch from 123SignUp to NeonOne to process all membership, event, and donation payments going forward.

Those of you who have automatic payments set up for membership will still be charged January 1. You should not need to update your payment info unless your credit card on file has expired, in which case you will be contacted in the New Year. 

We anticipate most online NYWIFT services to continue as normal, but did want to make you aware that the online NYWIFT membership directory may be temporarily unavailable over the holidays into very early January as we transition to the updated system. 

We’ll be in touch in January with more details about how the new system will provide you with a more intuitive, flexible, and streamlined online NYWIFT experience. This has been long in the works and we’re excited to finally share it with you!
