Employment Practices: The NYS Film Tax Credit Program, as of June, includes an Employment Practices Form as part of the application process. The form highlights the need for employers to clearly explain what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace, offers multiple internal and external avenues for reporting violations and creates a way to collect information on production companies’ policies.
