Call For Submissions: 2013 ABFF Deadline: March 1, 2013ABFF, the American Black Film Festival, taking place June 19-23, 2013, is now accepting submissions in the Narrative Feature Film Category: Deadline: March 1, 2013 To be considered for this category your narrative feature film must meet the following criteria: Eligibility Criteria Minimum running time 72 minutes Must be directed by a person of African descent, tell a story of the Black experience or feature a person of African descent in a leading role Film must have been completed post January 1, 2012 Competitive Awards Films in this category are eligible to be nominated to compete for the following Grand Jury Awards: Best Narrative Feature Best Screenplay Best Director Best Actor Best Actress Award winners will be announced at the 'ABFF Awards Presentation', during the festival in Miami, Saturday, June 22, 2013.
