Crowdfunding Spotlight: Sylvia Gail Kinard's The Adventures of Becktron and Sally

NYWIFT member Sylvia Gail Kinard is writer, director and executive producer of the animated series The Adventures of Becktron and Sally. This project is about a princess from outer space who gets lost trying to find a new sun for her planet and lands on Earth. She rescues a flip-flop loving, science nerd named Sally from bullying classmates, and the girls become best friends. The show is aimed to attract viewers from the ages of 7 to 12.

This Indiegogo campaign will raise funds to animate the pilot episode - the first step towards a television series and full-length feature film. Indiegogo is chosen as the best website to connect, and partner with people who can share the vision “To Transform the World – One Mind at a Time.” The series is presently in pre-production and will be completed in 2018.

The deadline to donate is June 30, 2017.
