Impermanence examines thoughts, myths, fairy tales, fiction, and first person accounts about impermanence. Through a series of in-depth interviews with individuals who have an intimate relationship with death, the documentary explores the questions that arise during this transition. Actors, artists, writers, philosphers, medican professionals, and scientists will share their insights on their experiences as well as the rituals pertaining to this important rite of passage.
